Just Black combines three black tea varieties: Kenyan Milima, Kenilworth from Sri Lanka, and Assam Dejoo from India. A perfect option for breakfast or any other time, depending on your preference. Black tea undergoes significant oxidation compared to other tea types — the process involves wilting, bruising, rolling, and oxidation, where enzymes break down the chemicals in the leaves, producing their brown colouring and familiar smell.
